Job Summary
Haile Hotels and Resorts would like to hire candidates for the position of Sales Executive.
Job Summery
To maximize Resort revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating group business and coordinating the execution of group business with other departments in accordance with the sales business plan.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up new customers
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements
- Maintain and update client data base
- Preparing weekly or daily sales activity and operational plan
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports and responsibilities
- Maintaining an efficient work environment

Job Requirements
Educational Background
- BA Degree in Marketing / Management / Hotel management or similar fields
Work Experience
- 2 years and above on a similar position /Hospitality Industry experience is mandatory/

- Communication ability in speaking, reading and writing English and Amharic
- Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
- Pro-activeness and analytical ability
