Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the existence of conducive work environment and human resource management procedures at the plant
- Provides general inductions for newly recruited project staff
- Oversees the transportation management system of the Plant
- Oversee the material management systems are in place; ensures store items and systems are properly managed
- Performs finance related duties
- Oversees the safety and health practices of the plant; and makes necessary adjustments
- Maintains good relationship with nearby public offices and other key stakeholders
- Handles grievance and discipline cases of the plant and makes proper recommendations
Job Requirements
Education
- BA degree in Accounting, Management or related fields
Experience
- 6 Years of which 2 in Managerial position (experience in Construction industry is preferable)
