Job Summary
Position: Site Acquisition Manager
Employment Status: Permanent
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible and prepare Standard Technical Documents and SOP for the SAQ department
- To prepare and develop Standard process and procedures
- Responsible to make the SAQ delivery plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to the project master delivery plan/schedule
- Manage the team and partners: setting goals and targets according to the master delivery plan
- Issuance of Nominal Plan
- Coordinate the site candidate hunting/searching
- SAM/SARF
- Risk and issue management
- Site search Visit and SR- SAR Report
- Initial Site Survey Report (ISSR)
- Activities during Initial Site Survey
- Lease Execution
- Building Permits/NOC
- Prepares daily project reports via email and EPMS system and report to project management team base on PMO regulation.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience related in the field at least 5 years.
- Written and spoken English (required)
- Good interpersonal skills (required)
- Good computer knowledge and skill (required)
- Good business writing skills (preferred)
- Analytical skills (desirable)
Location: Ethiopia
Reporting to: ROM
