Edomias International PLC is a Human Resources outsourcing and recruitment firm serving clients for more than 15 years. Edomias is currently looking to recruit the following candidates:

Position:    Right of Way (Way leave coordinator)

Employment Status:      Permanent  

Purpose of the Job:  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible and prepare Standard Technical Documents and SOP for the WL and ROW
• To prepare and develop Standard process and procedures
• Responsible to make the WL/ROW delivery plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to project master delivery plan/schedule
• Coordinate the partners: setting goals and targets according to the master delivery plan
• Perform field surveys and reports- sketches
• Provide full information on the routs on property: confirm the owner (private/government)
• Work with the design team to provide low level design
• Provide design's and backup routes for the OSP last mile
• Understand the Ethiopian laws and regulations
• Understand the process and to for apply ROW and the construction methods in Ethiopia
• Be able to compile the required documents and negotiate with owners and governments
• Be able to acquire the the ROW and build permits
• Be able to handle residence and issues

Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience related in the field at least 3 years.
• Good understanding of local laws
• Written and spoken English (required)
• Good interpersonal skills (required)
• Good computer knowledge and skill (required)
• Good business writing skills (preferred)
• Analytical skills (desirable)

Location: Ethiopia

Reporting to: MW- OSP ROM
