JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:       Civil Work/Construction Rollout Manager

Department: Service and Delivery

Employment Status: Permanent  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible and prepare Standard Technical Documents and SOP for the Civil works and construction including tower erection for the project delivery
• To prepare and develop Standard process and procedures
• To prepare delivery specifications: Scope of work as per BOQ for all civil works and construction within the project
• To be responsible for the EHS and quality of the CW/Construction team and partners
• To prepare the quality check points for the site construction and delivery through to site acceptance with either the customer or OMS
• To conduct or participate in technical evaluation activities
• To solve serious site and quality issues.
• To participate pre-qualifying activities.
• Site construction planning with customer and internal teams, subcontractor resources planning and site allocation.
• Follow up site construction progress, issues, changes and report to project manager
• Ensure the subcontractors strictly to follow design documents and construction standard.
• Quality, materials and cost control of the site construction;
• Subcontractor evaluation and internal team member KPI evaluation.
• Make acceptance plan with customer and subcontractors to reach monthly target.
• To report progress daily-weekly
• Supervisory authority exercised on subordinates and partners
• Interface with the customer for the CW/Construction and tower/pole erection

Knowledge & Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in FTK delivery.
• At least 2 years project/delivery management
• Good understanding of EHS
• Written and spoken English (required)
• Good interpersonal skills (required)
• Good computer knowledge and skill (required)
• Good Decision Making Skills (required)
• Analytical skills (desirable)
