Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary. - Assist with setting up and configuring new computers, peripherals (printers, scanners), and other IT equipment. - Assist with monitoring network connectivity, troubleshooting basic network issues (e.g., Wi-Fi problems), and ensuring network devices are operational.
