Position: Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
Give support to execute project manager, follow up and control project status;
Give support on Repair & Return service;
Coordinate work with the customer and Ethiopian Engineer;
Fluent communication with the customer in English
Give attendance and progress report in time;
Comply with the client's compliance regulation and attend compliance training;
Qualification:
Fluent English skills;
Two years related work experience
