Essential Function

• Ensure overall business activities of IFB service are goes as planned;
• Develop strategy and work plan for the Department in line with the strategic objectives of the Bank;
• Ensure that Interest Free Banking products and services are rendered in line with the policy and procedure of the Bank, and Interest Free Banking services are in line with customers’ expectation and market developments.
• Maintain a high quality of training activities and develop an effective methodology for training consistent with best international practices;
• Ensures proper functionality of financing and strict financing follow-up system;
• Oversees the service delivery of the process and take action, if necessary;
• Develop and support diverse strengthening activities of IFB service, including forums, focus on compliance and internal audit, and a forum on women in business;
• Follow up the activities of the Interest Free Banking department and ensure authorities and responsibilities are properly discharged;
• Guides and coordinates the operations of Interest Free Banking Services: Interest Free Banking operation, Interest Free Banking finance business and Interest Free Banking Finance Appraisal;
• Ensures timely solution of deteriorating financing and advances;
• Decides on appeal cases of financing customer;
• Performs other activities as delegated by the Vice President, Operation;

Job Requirement

MA/MBA in Marketing /Management/ Economics /Banking and Finance and any other related fields with 8 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 10 years of experience in banking industry, of which 3 years in relevant managerial position.
