Essential Function
- Involve in the development and amendment of human resource policy, procedure , manual and guidelines
- Makes professional contribution to the existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specification
- Participate in the implementation of personnel policies and strategies and resolves procedural problems arising from their applications
- Make career development of staff and or succession planning
- Studies employee satisfaction, turnover, absenteeism, other personnel issues and identifies root causes and proposes solution options
- Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other administrative problems when necessary
- Analyze and Propose benefit issues that needs study and amendments
- Design to implement career development structure and succession planning programs
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate employees to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Evaluate and analyses the current performance of employee evaluation system and propose better systems,
Job Requirement
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
