Essential Function
- Plans, directs and controls the activities of the division,
- Ensures existence of effective HRM policies and procedures,
- Undertakes succession planning through leadership competency framework and leadership program,
- Undertakes planned employee engagement related activities,
- Develops learning organization through properly planned execution of trainings and other learning interventions,
- Follows up and contributes proper implementation of effective performance management system along with reward,
- Ensures existence of proper system of labor relation,
- Ensures existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specifications,
- Prepares and submits for approval long and short term manpower requirements to the Bank in conformingly to corporate targets,
- Advises and assists other departments on interpretation and administration of personnel policies of the Bank,
- Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirement
MBA/MA in Human Resources management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or other related fields with 9.5 years of experience; or BA in the same fields with 7.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which at least 2 year as a relevant officer position.
