Job Summary

The job holder supports AB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle; college / internship programs; managing the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will implement a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
