Job Description

International Clinical Laboratories (ICL) is one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers on the African continent. ICL has opened its door for service in 2004 with the aim of “contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the quality of life throughout Ethiopia” by encompassing a system of human and physical resources designed to meet the changing healthcare needs of the population it serves.

It is the only laboratory accredited by the USA based Joint Commission International five times in a row. The laboratory provides more than 3000 tests in collaboration with its referral laboratories.

ICL would like to fill the following vacant positions under Customer Service Manager by inviting all qualified and competent applicants:

Responsibilities

  • Greets each customer and facilitates the customer's experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Seats each customers at the appropriate area
  • Handles customer concerns
  • Oversees the reception and lobby area cleanness and arrangements

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • BA Degree in Social Science fields
  • Required: Proven experience in Customer communication and handling
  • Professional working proficiency of language and proven verbal and communication skills in writing will be preferred
  • Plus: Training in Customer Service

Required Skills

  • Excellent customer handling capacity and communication skill
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of customers
  • Highly motivated in efficiently fulfilling activities
  • Ability to investigating and put resolutions for customers‘ concerns
  • Aware of maintaining the confidentiality and ethical practices
  • Fluency in Amharic and English
  • Experienced in Microsoft Computer application usage
