Job Description

  • Ensure the creation and implementation of an overall strategy designed to grow the business
  • Direct the business financial performance and reporting including revenue, cost and budget and procurement
  • Oversee production activities by managing production according to planning and protocol
  • Lead and oversee other business support functions like finance, Human Resource, and procurement
  • Create networks with potential stakeholder for the growth and sustainability of the business
  • Support the human resource team to hire and train new employees as well as handles disciplinary issues
  • Seek for opportunities to access sustainable and viable market for the company products for the company product
  • Establish efficient logistics and resource management system to ensure profitability and sustainability
  • Prepare business performance reports for presentation to the company boards directors
  • Perform any other required by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

  • MA/MBA/MSc /BA/BSC in either business, Entrepreneurship management, Economics, plant Biotechnology, Horticulture plant Science with more than 6/8 years relevant experience for and at least 3 years’ experience in management level position.   • Strong personal value including integrity, honesty and excellence
  • Excellent in written and spoken of Amharic and English language
