Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• To be responsible and prepare Standard Technical Documents and SOP for the SAQ department
• To prepare and develop Standard process and procedures
• Responsible to make the SAQ delivery plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to project master delivery plan/schedule
• Manage the team and partners: setting goals and targets according to the master delivery plan
• Issuance of Nominal Plan
• Coordinate the site candidate hunting/searching
• SAM/SARF
• Risk and issue management
• Site search Visit and SR- SAR Report
• Initial Site Survey Report (ISSR)
• Activities during Initial Site Survey
• Lease Execution
• Building Permits/NOC
• Prepares daily project reports via email and EPMS system and report to project management team base on PMO regulation.

Job Requirement

Education Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical, Civil Engineering or related fields

Work Experience, Knowledge and Skill:

• Experience related in the field at least 5 years.
• Written and spoken English (required)
• Good interpersonal skills (required)
• Good computer knowledge and skill (required)
• Good business writing skills (preferred)
• Analytical skills (desirable
