East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia. We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Learning & Development Coordinator. The job holder supports the implementation and consistent application of the company Learning and Development strategic priorities to ensure required competence exists in the organization. The position reports to the Learning & Development Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the development infrastructure including career paths, capability frameworks, competency definition, curricula design, critical learning interventions and systems.
  • Develops and manages relationships with external partners in country, such as educational institutions.
  • Provides Learning and Development support in line with business needs.
  • Records, analyses and communicates Learning and Development data and trends.
  • Ensures legislative and governance compliance in all aspects of Learning and Development in country.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Management or Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum of 3 years learning and development experience.
