Duties and responsibilities

General Duty and Responsibility

Food and Beverage Store keeper is responsible for keeping the hotels food and beverage receiving, issuing and keeping records and reconcile with the regular inventories to be taken by the management.

Detail Duties and Responsibilities

1. Checking the suppliers regarding their consistency of the quality, storage and hygiene in the FB store.
2. Checking the right price, time quantity, quality, etc on the purchased items on receiving or before storing.
3. Checking purchased items; rejecting any store item which are not good for our standard, quality and cost, if necessary.
4. Reporting to the finance section any spoilage, breakage, shortage and overage in every store controlling point of view with supervision of main store keeper (store team leader).
5. Coordinating and inventory works of all food and beverage stock items and non-stock items in the store with supervision of main store keeper (store team leader).
6. He / she regularly visits and controls the storage condition and quantity of food items.
7. Record the transactions for all movements of F & B items in the store.
8. Prepare the daily market list for fresh items recorder and the F & B purchase requests for replenishment of the regular store items.
9. Make sure the purchase of food & beverage item to be as per the specification of their quantity, quality.
10. Take the monthly physical inventory of the store items regularly.
11. Assist other store staff when they have workload as assigned by your supervisors.
12. Cooperate with other departments and help the smooth running of the operation.
13. Prepare report with the supervisor of the main store keeper (store team leader)
14. Handle other duty as required by supervisor & main store keeper.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification and Work Experience Required

Graduate in any hotel industry field with Two years & above service in hotel.
