Job Description
Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to follow up, plan, organize, inspect and monitor effective functioning of mechanical and plumbing systems of the Bank’s building i.e. cooling, fire suppression and detection, HVAC, Generators and elevators of the building to meet the required performance, security and continuous services and plan for its maintenances; to collect relevance data and record machine hours for timely maintenance of the machines and regularly report machinery related reports to his/her immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
- BSc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
- 1-year relevant experience.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge in Mechanical Systems, Dynamic and Static UPS, Diesel Generators, Fire suppression systems, HVAC, Building Automation Systems and Elevators utilities,
- Ability to work in a fast-changing banking service environment.
- Ability to present technical data in a comprehensive, yet clear manner.
- Competency and experience in facility maintenance, operations and management of MEP Systems
- Computer application skill (MS and specialized software)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal Skills
- Good report writing and presentation skill etc.
