Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to create a professional and smooth prepaid travel card service delivery by coordinating all stakeholders including Banking Centers, IT and Support team; to bring excellence in service delivery as the world is moving towards digitalization and let the Bank be among the front leaders of the Banking Industry in terms of digital banking services.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification Required:

  • B.A. in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting or in related fields.

Minimum Work Experience

  • 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years as a senior Officer.

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge in International Banking practices,
  • Knowledge in card banking practices
  • Knowledge on trade service and other international banking products
  • Computer application skill
  • Industry specific skills (products and services)
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Data analysis and presentation skill
  • Good Communication Skill.
