Job Summary

The Architect is responsible to prepare Architectural working drawings (new & modifications), preparing a master plan for the projects and participate in design evaluation and assessment; conduct construction site supervision regularly, and also responsible for the approval of sample materials.

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Architecture & Urban Planning.
• Minimum of 6 years experience preferably in a real estate Company.
• Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;
• Excellent in attention to detail
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups
