Job Summary

The marketing and promotion officer is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction surveys, promotion, market share, and product analysis, and market strategy development.
Job Requirements
- MA/BA degree in marketing, business management, management, and other related fields.
- A minimum of 2/4 years experience in the industry and previous experience as a marketing and promotion officer is advantageous.
- Experience in marketing of Real estate environment and a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency with computer operating systems and software applications of MS Excel, Ms Word, Powerpoint etc;
- Having high-level organizational skill;
TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
- Ability to perform well as part of a team and take on a leadership role in projects as required and lead on show campaigns;
- Good planning, organizing, analytical, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;
- Confidentiality and negotiation skills;
