Job Description
Job Summary
The jobholder is responsible to manage, supervise, plan, schedule, direct and coordinate the activities of the working units. S/he develops and implements procedures and manuals related to construction project management. The jobholder also handles and resolves claims and disputes with regard to construction works and property administration.
Job Requirement
BSc in civil Engineering/ Construction Projects Management Degree, Computer related courses in Engineering (Auto CAD) (Mandatory) and Computer related courses in Engineering (SAP and Arch cad) (Added Advantage) Plus 12 years in construction works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/ managerial role.
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
Place of Work: Addis Ababa V.No. 0076/21
