Minimum Qualification Requirement: At a minimum hold first degree from recognized higher level institution and preferably have a diploma or advanced diploma in insurance from the chartered insurance institute (CII) and/ or life office management association (LOMA).
Work Experience: Have a minimum of Ten (10) years of direct relevant experience in insurance of which five (5) years on Chief executive officer position or seven (7) years of experience as Senior Executive positions Or Seven (7) years of experience in Reinsurance of which four (4) years in managerial positions of core areas.
Age limit: 52 years old or younger
