Purpose of the Job
To support the successful realization of sustained availability of the right people, at the right time and in all places by implementing effective talent management/development, productivity, motivation and retention enhancement through implementation of related strategies, policies, programs and plans.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to development and implementation of approved HR strategy, policies, procedures, processes and programs across the Company.
- Develop sound interactions/linkages with corporate/subsidiary companies to jointly address all HR engagements.
- Monitor the provision of consistent HR operational/development services and ensure effective and efficient realization of service delivery/capacity development;
- Lead the efficient development of competent employees in adherence to delegation of authority and applicable company/government regulations;
- Lead the timely and efficient recruitment, onboarding and administration of people in line with the company’s workforce needs/ plans.
- Administer/ensure administration of the implementation of performance management, benefits & reward administration program as per the Company’s policy and procedure.
- Lead and follow up the execution of result-oriented performance management system.
- Oversee adherence/compliance of code of conduct across the Company and take corrective measures when required.
- Oversee the maintenance of personnel record keeping procedures; supervise the processing of personnel transactions and the appropriate procedures for confidential personnel records.
- Oversee the relationships with vendors to ensure that the Company is receiving cost effective HR solutions and that expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being delivered.
- Monitor HR trends in the Company and identify initiatives to mitigate risk areas.
- Monitor effectiveness of existing systems/practices in view of delivering desired impact and undertake responsive alignment measures;
- Conduct HR analytics and provide continuous improvement feedback to HR roles based on HR Operations data and reports;
- Strive to support HR management/development engagements with ICT applications as well as strive to Promote the usage of self service by redirecting employees to self-service providing options (e.g., Web forms, Portal, when these are available);
- Ensure employee engagement/satisfaction levels evaluating employee experience & Overseeing evaluation of current HR practices to improve the performance and satisfaction.
- Do other related tasks as and when required;
Job Requirement
- Master’s degree Human Resource Management, Management or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory position Or
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a managerial position.
