• Qualification: ዲፕሎማ (10+4) ወይም 10+3 ያለው ሆኖ ከ3ወር ያላነሰ ሙያዊ ስልጠና የወሰደ
• Experience :ቢያንስ 5 ዓመት የሰራና ሁለት ዓመት በኃላፊነት ወይም በፈረቃ መሪነት የሰራ
