Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Property Valuation)
Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to evaluate personal property; to different machineries of industrial or manufacturing plant and equipment, earth moving machines, construction machines or any kind of machine used for processing goods, used for assembly or tangible personal property and different types of vehicles or trailers, etc. for loan facilities or collateral and for foreclosure decisions; to provide initial cost amounts for auctions, secure insurances amounts and other related works; to collect different data inputs from all possible sources for new replacement cost for current market price for economic obsolescence (functional, economical and others) of all machineries or vehicles stated.; to provide specs for different mechanical equipment and vehicles prior to purchase by the bank and to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken.

Educational Qualification Required:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
- 1-year relevant experience.
