Job Summary
The purpose of the job is to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure; to study prices of construction materials; to prepare specifications for major maintenance; to prepare office layouts for banking branches and building construction works and supervision of the work; to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
BSc in Civil Engineering and construction management or in related fields. Minimum Work Experience
1-year relevant experience.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge on bank collateral/ property valuation
- Computer application skill (MS and AutoCAD)
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal Skills
- Handling people (people skill)
- Good report writing and presentation skill etc.
