Job Description

  • The social worker is responsible for the project planning coordination and networking, counselling and implementation, monitoring, reporting stakeholder management, financial utilization, human resource management of the staff under supervision that is for ensuring the smooth and quality implementation of project. moreover, S/he promotes interventions addressing the causes of children problem

Job Requirements

  • BA/MA in Social Work, Economics, Phycology, Nursing or any other related relevant fields of studies
  • 2/1 years of relevant work experience for BA/MA respectively, preferable in an NGO environment
  • Well organized and ability to act a professional and ethical manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders and promote a team approach for the successful achievement of the project deliverables
  • Firm in gender equality, sensitivity HIV/AIDS, transparent and participatory
