Job Description
Job Summary
The overall role of QC Officer is receiving of quality raw milk with good composition of Holland Dairy standard and maintain the quality of finished goods during processing, packaging and storage.
Job Responsibilities
- Proper quality recording of incoming milk and finished products
- daily reporting of incoming milk and finished products
- make sure production is in accordance with the EFMHCA standards
- Create and maintain good environment for teamwork within the department as well as other departments
- Proper handling of laboratory testing equipment
- Perform other related assignments as directed by the QC Manager
Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in dairy technology or food science
- More than 3 years experience
- Good communication skill
- Energetic and passionate to learn more
- Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
- Must demonstrate ability to execute work assigned with minimum supervision
- Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
- Must demonstrate ability to multitask.
- Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant sector knowledge
- Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to achieve goals
- Must be able to deliver targets, and a good planner who pays attention to detail Must have knowledge in use of basic computer skills
