Job Description

• Running the programs of the organization in accordance with the project agreement;
• Assisting the General Manager as and when required;
• Co-ordinating training programs for the women empowerment program;
• Visiting sponsor families with the Social Worker and assessing needs;
• Developing and maintaining a relationship with stakeholders;
• Liaising with various government and stakeholders as may be required, and;
• Drafting budgets, writing reports and renewing projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in communication, education or project director related field;
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with NGO and children with a Masters in communication, education or project director related field;
• Minimum four (4) years’ experience working with NGO and children with a Bachelor’s in communication, education or project director related field.

Skills Required

• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English;
• Strong management and communication skills, and;
• Passionate about working with orphaned and vulnerable children and children with disabilities.
