Purpose of the job
Operating the brewing department processes in a safe way and according to the cascaded brewing plan. Carrying out Quality checks and control, execute CILT and weekly PM
Key Responsibilities
- Report on and escalate safety, quality, and production progress in reporting systems and DCS
- Operating the brewing department processes in standard and non-standard situations in a safe way
- Take quality control measurements, record these and act upon deviations by adjusting the process
- Fill and ready Qualass data and interpret to a process preventive and corrective measures. If there is any abnormality escalate to his line manager according to the escalation procedure.
- Carry out cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening conform to the standards
- Meet the operational output plan, reduction of operational losses due to alarms and quality faults
- Organize the workplace according to the 5S standards
- Involve in daily, monthly, and yearly Stock count and report OTIF report
- Perform other assignments as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
Education
- BSC degree graduate from any Science discipline. Preferably:- Chemical engineering, Food Science, Process Engineering, Process Technology, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, and Applied Biology.
Experience
- 3 years in operations
- Language: English B2
- Computer: Basic skills (Windows, Word and Excel)
