Job Summary
Tsemex Hotels & Business Would like to invite competent & skillful candidate/company for a consultancy services of health, safety and environment for a construction phase of a Five-star brand hotel its constructing in Addis Ababa based on the scope of work required.
Services Required: - Health Safety & Environmental Consultant
Required Number: - 1(one)
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- MBA Construction Related fields /BA degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering
- Proven Experience and company profile of Health Safety & Environmental Consultancy
- In depth knowledge of construction & environmental hazards, accidents.
- Worked in construction as consultant or personnel in charge of a project’s health and safety
Experience:
- Proven work experiences and company profile of health safety and environmental consultancy services rendered for a hotel project, apartment and building constructions. Five years of experience in construction health safety and environmental consultancy.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of construction health safety management.
- Ability to interpret and apply local laws, rules, and regulations, directives, taxation systems as well as department policies and procedures.
Additional Skills
- Will have excellent report writing skills along with analysis and data reporting skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent MS office proficiency especially in databases and AutoCAD engineering software.
- Must fluently speak, write and understand the English language.
