Job Summary

East Africa Bottling Share Company is a Coca Cola Franchise Bottler in Ethiopia under Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA). We have three production plants in Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa and Bahir Dar with an aggressive expansion plan throughout the country, with more than 2,000 employees. Currently we have an exciting opportunity for female engineering university students for WIE-Women In Engineering program. The program is designed to provide a development opportunity for female engineering students, who have completed the second year educational studies, through different learning platforms such as Internship, Soft skill trainings, Coaching and other in order to unleash their potential at the early stage and enhance their competency and ultimately get a job opportunity in different entry level positions in the company.

The WIE-Women In Engineering program candidates will be given in- house, external and practical training programs on the new state - of - the - art - technology, Machines and Processes.

Job Requirements

Female university students from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Chemical Engineering departments who have completed the first three semester courses at universities with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above.
