Job Description

ADCO property management is looking to recruit a highly professional and competent Junior Property Manager to administer residential and commercial properties.

Main Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all services and programs, in response to client needs;
• Ensure prompt and effective complaints resolution;
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections;
• Coordinate move-in/out permits;
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Plan and manage building central services such as reception ,security ,cleaning ,waste disposal and parking
• Coordinate and monitor activities and manage contractor and vendor relation ships
• Manage , develop and train staff
• Oversee environmental health and safety
• Provide prompt response to requests and issues from tenants/residences

Working Time

•  Monday – Friday 8: 00 am - 6: 00 noon And 1: 00 pm – 5:00 pm Afternoon
• Saturday – 8:00 am – 12: 00 noon

Job Requirements

• Management Degree, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or any Management related field.

Experience of work: More than 3 Years
