Job Description
Job Summary
- Serves customers by providing Channel and Bouquets information; resolving problems.
- Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, and customer complaints.
- Project a professional company image through phone and physical interaction.
- Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention.
- Maintain proactive and reactive communication with our customers.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma/ Level IV Qualifications in business or social science fields
- No experience required but experience in a related field is an advantage.
- Good command of Amharic and English languages
- Volunteer to work under the time schedule from 5:pm to 10 pm including weekends.
Quantity:- 15 (Fifteen)
