Job Description

Job Summary

  • Serves customers by providing Channel and Bouquets information; resolving problems. 
  • Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, and customer complaints.
  • Project a professional company image through phone and physical interaction.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention.
  • Maintain proactive and reactive communication with our customers.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma/ Level IV Qualifications in business or social science fields
  • No experience required but experience in a related field is an advantage.
  • Good command of Amharic and English languages
  • Volunteer to work under the time schedule from 5:pm to 10 pm including weekends.

Quantity:- 15 (Fifteen)
