Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Junior Procurement Officer is responsible for collecting quotations and receiving Pro-forma invoices as per product specification and quality parameters and submits the same to Procurement Officer for bid analysis, delivers checks and processes bank transfers to suppliers, inspects and collects materials, organizes transport service providers and coordinates with the same to ensure delivery of materials at the right quantity, quality and time.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects Pro-forma invoices and suppliers quotations;
- Submits collected quotations to Procurement Officers;
- Collects and delivers purchase orders to suppliers;
- Receives payments and bank transfer documents and delivers the same to suppliers.
- Inspects and receives materials and uses the services of transporters to delivers materials.
- Submits receipts and required documents to warehouse personnel to ensure the receiving of materials into the warehouse.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Local Procurement Division Manager.

Qualification and Experience:
- Graduates of years 2019 - 2021 G.C. with Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Suppliers & Procurement or related fields with minimum cumulative CGPA of 2.75.
- No experience is required.
- Communication & Work relations
- External: input/materials Suppliers and other service providers.
- Subdivision Senior Officer, Procurement Officer, and Local Procurement Manager.
