Educational Background
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management , Hotel Management or related field
Work Experience
- minimum 4 years Hotel Training experience
Additional skill & Attribute
- Strong managerial experience and qualities
- Strong coaching/mentoring/training skill
- Excellent Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong public relation skills
- Fluent speaking and writing skill of foreign language (minimum fluent in English language
- Problem solving skills
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude, and passion to solve problems.
- Willing to constantly travel to properties
