Job Summary

• The Blow Molder and Filler Operator has to operate and manage blow molding machine in a way that results in a properly blown bottle in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• The Blow Molder and Filler has to operate and manage filling machine in a way that results in a properly filled and product in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
• Properly/correctly fill the format/report and submit at the end of each shift\Make sure the waste is minimized and the work floor/machine is clean
• Check and confirm the preform and the cup before damped
• Perform other related job when the order comes from the immediate boss 
• Start up procedure followed smoothly and correctly.
• Ensure that the heater and blowing pressure properly set
• Frequently checking the bottle quality
• Closely monitor the cooling water temperature
• Closely monitor the high and low pressure air compressor for the plant
• Start up procedure followed smoothly and correctly.
• Filler settings properly done
• Net content respected
• Bottles properly capped
• Bottles without any defects and foreign matter like filling tubes
• Electronic inspector settings properly done
• 1^st level maintenance: cleaning/greasing
• 100% of availability.
• Reporting to Supervisor all dysfunctions
• Reporting wastages/bottles usages within budget
• Safety working environment created specified PPE’s worn at all times.
•  Machine and surrounding are kept clean at all times 

Strong relationships with all operators and technical team  to ensure smooth operations and best line efficiency possible.

Job Requirements

• Expected to operate within laid down procedures but can make minor adjustments to ensure quality blown bottle.
• Can stop the machine if there is technical/safety problem.

Knowledge and Experience Required

(Specific academic qualifications, length and type of experience required to perform competently – non minimum qualifications or what a super star performer would possess).

(NOTE: This is a requirement that is set by the company and is to be completed by top Management)

EDUCATION (formal education)
