Job Description
Essential Function
- Collect all internal resources like manuals, reports from departments in hard and softcopy and make them accessible for reference;
- Prepare annual budget of the Knowledge Management center;
- Follow up subscription of newspapers, brochures and journals for the Knowledge Management center
- Gather the annual and periodic reports of all the commercial banks and the NBE ;
- Prepare manuals and guidelines for the Knowledge Management center ;
- Organize the materials in the Knowledge Management center in an accessible way ;
- Organize, compile and consolidate the necessary data for research and planning purpose (Online and in softcopy);
- Regularly attest the information need of both the internal and external stakeholders and respond to their request timely ;
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor
Job Requirement
BSc Degree in Management Information systems, Computer science, Information Systems, and any other related fields of studies with 3.5 years of experience in related fields, preferably in banking industry.
