የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በሕግ የተመረቀ/ች እና ዐ ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት፤
የሥራ ቦታ: በአዲስ አበባ ዋና መ/ቤት፣ በስኳር ፋብሪካዎች (ወንጂ፣ መተሐራ፣ ፊንጫኣ፣ ከሰም፣ አርጆ ዴዴሳ፣ ኩራዝ ቁጥር 2 እና 3) እና በስኳር ልማት ኘሮጀክቶች (በለስ እና ኩራዝ ቁጥር 1)

- የምዝገባ ቦታና ቀን፣ የተጠየቀውን መስፈርት አሟልተው ለውድድር ማመልከት የሚችሉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ይህ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 1ዐ (አሥር) ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት በኮርፖሬሽኑ ዌብ ሳይት or jobs@etsugar.com የትምህርት መረጃቸውን፣ የሚወዳደሩበትን የሥራ መደብ መጠሪያ ጠቅሰው በዌብሳይቱ ፎርማት ላይ ቅፁን ሞልተው ማመልከት ይችላሉ፡፡ በኮቪድ 19 ምክንያት በአካል የሚደረግ የተወዳዳሪ ምዝገባ አይኖርም፡፡
- በውድድሩ ማመልከት የሚችሉት በ2ዐ1ዐ ዓ.ም.፣ በ2ዐ11 ዓ.ም.፣ በ2ዐ12 ዓ.ም. እና በ2ዐ13 ዓ.ም. የተመረቁ እና የመመረቂያ ውጤታቸው ለወንዶች 2.75 እና ከዚያ በላይ፤ ለሴቶች 2.5ዐ እና ከዚያ በላይ ውጤት ያላቸው እና ዕድሚያቸው ከ30ዓመት በታች የሆኑ ብቻ ናቸው፡፡
- የኦንላይን ምዝገባ እንደተጠናቀቀ የመጀመሪያ ዙር ምልመላ ተሰርቶ ተመልማዮች በእጅ ስልካቸው እና በማስታወቂያ ጥሪ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡ በመጀመሪያ ማጣሪያ ለተመረጡት እጩ ተወዳዳሪዎች ብቻ ለፈተና ጥሪ ይደረጋል፡፡
- የሚሰጠውን የመመዘኛ ፈተና አልፈው ለሥልጠና የሚመረጡት እጩዎች ቅጥራቸው የሚፈፀመው በኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚሰጠውን የንድፈ ሐሣብ እና የተግባር ሥልጠና ወስደው ያጠናቀቁና የመመዘኛ ፈተናውን ያለፉት ብቻ በሰልጣኝ ጀማሪ ባለሙያነት በኮርፖሬሽኑ ይቀጠራሉ፡፡
- ከስልጠና በኃላ ለቅጥር የተመረጡ ዕጩዎች በተመደቡበት የሥራ ቦታ ፋብሪካና ኘሮጀክቶች ተመድቦ ለመሥራት ፈቃደኛ የሆነ/ች መሆን አለባቸው፤
- ሥልጠናውን በተገቢው ሁኔታ ያጠናቀቁና የሚቀጠሩ ጀማሪ ባለሙያዎች በቂ ተያዥ/ዋስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
- በሥልጠና ላይ ላሉ ሠልጣኞች በሥልጠና ላይ ለሚቆዩበት ጊዜ የመኖሪያ ቤት፣ ምግብና የኪስ ገንዘብ ይከፈላል፡፡
- በፋብሪካዎችና ኘሮጀክቶች ለሚመደቡ ተቀጣሪዎች የመኖሪያ ቤት፣ የመብራት፣ የውሃ፣ የነፃ ሕክምና አገልግሎት እና የመድን ዋስትና ሽፋን ያገኛሉ፡፡
- በዋና መ/ቤት ለሚቀጠሩ ተቀጣሪዎች የነፃ ሕክምና አገልግሎት፣ የትራንስፖርት አበል ክፍያ እና የመድን ዋስትና ሽፋን ያገኛሉ፡፡
