Job Requirement

  • Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Business Management, linguistic/journalism and communication & public relation and administration or related  fields of study
  • Experience and Competencies: 2 years relevant experience on Business organizations
  • Having experience in preparing reports letters, for the CEO and the Board, identifying issues, apparent problems, opportunities and service gaps, and recommends initiatives.
  • Skill of taking on strategic intiatveies important for company
  • Having excellent writing skill in English and Amharic of minutes recording
  • Having a Skill of guidance and supporting the Board Committee responsible for remuneration policy in the formulation of human resources policy for the Company’s employees,
  • Having supporting the Board in the recruitment of the Company’s leadership team and key positions within the Company’s structure
  • Assist with the varieties company projects & process
  • Having Basic computer application skills
  • Providing strategic counsel on major company decision
  • Reviews, updates & maintains the policy procedure manuals for respective work units
