Purpose of the Job:

To support the bank implement effective technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program through organizing, analyzing, translating and simplifying business requirements.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform requirements analysis and ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, feasible, and unambiguous.
• Write the project requirements in a clear and concise manner and manage its documentation.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops
• Analyses high-level business requirements and translate them into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirements documents such as process flows, gap analysis, etc.
• Evaluate customer needs/issues, analyze business processes, assist in evaluating alternatives, and determine appropriate solutions with technical staffs
• Manage the project requirements and lead requirement reviews.
• Communicate and collaborate with business users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Collect and analyze the business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
• Manage changes to requirements through effective use of change control processes.
• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts
• Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features
• Assist with development of test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. 
• Work with the software engineers, programmers and analysts to make sure the tests adequately cover the requirements.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance report.

Qualification and Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Professional Qualification
• IFB Certification is Advantageous
