- የሥራ ልምድ ለሚጠይቁ የሥራ መደቦች ቀጥተኛ አግባብነት ያለው ሆኖ በትራንስፖርት ዘርፍ የሠራ፤
- ለውድድሩ ብቁ የሆኑ አመልካቾች ለፈተና ጥሪ የሚደረገው በድርጅቱ የውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ይገለጻል፤
- አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ ሲቀርቡ የስነ-ምግባር መግለጫ ከመ/ቤታቸው ማጻፍ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፣
- ሴት አመልካቾች ይበረታታሉ፡፡
