Hadero Coffee Company, hadero coffee company, sister company of JIH, is engaged in coffee value addition sector since 2019 G.C. The company produce a high quality roasted and ground coffee for local and international market. Hadero coffee envision to be the African Global Coffee Brand in providing excellent product to exceed the consumers’ expectation. Now, Hadero is looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidates to fill the following vacant position.

Post Title   Coffee Master ( Cupper)

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary          : Based on Company scale 

Required     : One

Term of employment: Indefinite period (Permanent)

 Key responsibilities

• Coffee sourcing and inventory follow up
• Perform quality assurance activities in the value adding process
• Conform adherence to the company roast profile
• Executes other related tasks given by the supervisor 

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirement

Education: BA in any field related fields

 Certified by Ethiopian coffee & tea development and marketing authority coffee quality inspection & certification center on basic coffee quality inspection of raw, roasting and liquoring (cup testing)

Experience:  5+ years and above direct experience in coffee cupping

• Analytical, decision making and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities 
•  In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Ability to coach, mentor, delegate appropriately and provide developmental guidance to staff
