Diploma or Certification in Hotel management, Hotel Operations, or F&B Service or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, or related fields of study with relevant work experience. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for hiring, training, and managing hotel staff.  - Ensuring guest satisfaction is a top priority. Hotel managers greet guests, address complaints, and strive to enhance the overall guest experience. They may also handle special requests and ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued.  - Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel, ensuring that all areas meet guest expectations.
