Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position overview: The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial activities and Administration work of the organization.

  • Be responsible for all financial aspects of the organization and maintenance of all financial records including those related to bank accounts.
  • Ensures that all financial reports prepared, properly check and submitted to the concerned parties.
  • Assist other responsible staff in annual budgets, cash flow and budget monitoring records.
  • Conducts frequent audit and checks on procurement, vehicle management and other internal control system.
  • Ensures that proper purchasing policies and procedures are in place.
  • Ensures that properties of the organization are kept in good order and properly utilized.
  • Supervise vehicle/transport and other service utilization.
  • Ensures proper internal rules and regulations are in human resource management.
  • Responsible for up keeping of employee records including leave, salaries, contracts, personnel file and other records.
  • Perform other related jobs as deemed necessary

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • A minimum of 4 year experience on Finance and Administration
  • BA Degree in Accounting
  • Computer skill particularly QuickBooks, Peachtree and Microsoft word, excel
  • Good English proficiency
