Purpose of the job

The purpose of this job is to operate the web-based systems developed to update and follow all BGI imported Materials.

 Main duties & responsibilities

• Ensures the data entered and generated by the system is appropriate and relevant;
• Ensures that data are entered into the system on a real-time basis;
• Checks the database on daily basis and update the system accordingly
• Communicate with the operation team to get the accurate updates
• Make sure that GAN is issued by storekeepers at the time of goods delivery
• Give all the necessary information about his/her job whenever asked
• Perform any other duties which will be given by his immediate supervisor,
