- የትምህርት ዝግጅት 10ኛ ክፍልና ከዚያ በላይ
- የሥራ ልምድ 2 ዓመትና ከዚያ በላይ
- ተፈላጊ ችሎታ የሞተረኛ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው ሆኖ በፖስታ ድርጅቶችና በማንኛውም መንግስታዊና መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ሞተረኛ ሆኖ የሠራና ሁሉንም የአዲስ አበባ ክ/ከተሞች እንዲሁም ወረዳዎች በአጠቃላይ ቦታዎችን በሚገባ የሚያውቅ ቢሆን ይመረጣል፡፡ ከዚህም በተጨማሪ ታታሪና ታማኝ የሆነ ከሰዎች ጋር የመግባባት ልዩ ችሎታ ያለው፡፡ እንግሊዘኛና አማርኛ በደንብ መጻፍና ማንበብ የሚችል፡፡
