- የትምህርት ደረጃ:በሕንፃ ግንባታ ከታወቀ ቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ በሰርተፍኬት የተመረቀ/ች ወይም 12ኛ/10ኛን ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ/ች
- የሥራ ልምድ: ለሰርተፍኬት ከ4 ዓመት በላይ ያለው /ያላት ሆኖ በሕንፃ ግንባታ ላይ የሠራ/ች፣ ለ12ኛእና ለ10ኛ ክፍል ከ5 ዓመት በላይ ሆኖ በሕንፃ ግንባታ ላይ የሠራ/ች፡፡ በሕንፃ የቤዝመንት ሥራ 2 ወይም 3ቤዝመንት ሰብስትራክቸር ለይ በቂ ልምድ ያለው ቢሆን ይመረጣል፡፡
