Job Requirements
- BA, MA or MBA in Accounting & Finance or related fields of study. 10/6/ years of relevant experience.
- Peachtree accounting and IPSAS trainings are mandatory.
Skills Required:
- NGO experience is advantageous for all positions.
- Good knowledge of results based planning and management
- Risk Management and Problem solving skill,
- Proficient in use of Microsoft word, spread sheet, Power point & others.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill.
- Team management and monitoring and evaluation skill
Duty Station: OSSHD Head Quarter Addis Ababa with frequent travel to project sites.
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable based on performance and availability of budget.
