Job Description
Description of Duties
- Develop and maintain financial data bases.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
- Make sure that posting are properly and timely made.
- Prepare payment Vouchers, receive money and issue receipts invoices.
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure.
- Prepare employees payroll every month.
- Responsible for monthly bank reconciliation.
- Administer stock and reconcile with the store.
- Collect bank statements of each account monthly and timely.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and documents on daily basis.
- Keep all financial documents properly and up to date.
- Responsible for settlement of profit tax, income tax pension fund, withholding tax .etc. on time.
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
- Prepare financial management report.
- Ensure accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly and end close.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
- Monitor and support taxation issue.
- Assists the IGA manager in developing and implementing a good internal control system.
- Ensure that all government taxes laws and regulation are strictly adhered to and taxes are paid on time.
- Provide adequate financial information to external Auditors Whenever necessary.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Immediate Supervision: IGA Admin and Finance

Job Requirements
- BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- 2 years for Degree/ 4 Years for Diploma on business sectors
- Experience on manufacturing sector is advantageous
